Many problems can be solved remotely at a discounted rate; this not only saves on travel time but usually gets your problem resolved faster! On-site service can be arranged within the Greater Vancouver area, travel time is not charged for calls four hours or longer.
Laptop Repair / Desktop Repair
If your laptop or PC can connect to the internet it may be possible to diagnose and repair your issue remotely! On-site or depot service can be arranged for more troublesome issues.
Virus and Spyware Removal
Most malware can be removed remotely significantly lowering your cost. Root kits, ransomware and more troublesome infections require on-site or depot service. Are you sure you’re computer is clean?
Data Recovery and Backup Plan
Even backups can be taken care of remotely. No reason to go on-site to swap tapes anymore; instead backups can run as often as every five minutes and synchronize to the cloud for off-site coverage. Why go unprotected?
