Support is available for Windows, Mac OS and Linux. Service can be offer on-site, remotely or at our service center. Traffic and fuel costs add up so for on-site service travel charges may be applied.
On-site labor is $100/hr billed in 15 minute increments past the first hour.
Depot service is $75/hr billed in 15 minute increments past the first hour.
Remote support is $75/hr; the minimum is 15 minutes additional time is in 15 minute increments.
